Bob spent months studying bats in motion for this one. He caught one in the act of feeding, hand sculpted by Robert Burkett. The hole for hanging goes through the feet. An incredible piece. Shibuichi is a Japanese ornamental alloy composed of 75%-80% copper and the balance is silver. A difficult to work with material that when finished produces chocolate brown to purplish patina. Availabe by itself, or on 16 or 18 sterling silver chain. Cast in Shibuichi.
