This is for a READY TO SMOCK garment, not a finished smocked one. The dress is made--all you have to do is the fun part--embroidering the smocking design! This is a girl's ready to smock bishop style dress. The dress is machine-pleated and is blocked and tied off. Gathering threads are left in the dress to use as guides for doing the embroidery. Sleeves are angel sleeves in matching fabric. The back is closed with three small buttons and elastic button loops. All seams will be are serged.
